Coming out of a two-year-old bankruptcy & foreclosure caused by a year of surgery and chemotherapy for cancer without the benefit of medical insurance, I hoped to trade in my 13-year-old, road weary VW Jetta for a new Kia Soul. Mike initially helped me on the phone. Brandon greeted me when I arrived at the Kia building. I told them my situation; Brandon was straightforward about the options available to me. My credit rating prior to having cancer was 780. Now, two years later, it was 719, and as ... , and as in the past, everything is paid in full and on time. Still, the response to my request for a lease was refused by the finance team. They wanted me to purchase the vehicle instead, but the loan amount was beyond my budget. Mike and Brandon contacted Dave, the Kia Sales Manager, who heard my story and agreed to champion my cause by calling the finance team directly and explaining my story and situation. Within two hours, I was approved for the lease at a payment within my budget. Two days later my bright red 2013 Kia Soul was waiting for me in their delivery bay. In the course of the two hours it took to complete the paperwork, get the plates, and go through a quick "tutorial" of the vehicle's options, I came into contact with several more members of the Serra team - all of whom were very friendly, introduced themselves, and were more than happy to answer my questions. I'm blown away by the attitude and approach of all the people at Serra - they'll be my first and only stop when it's time for the next vehicle! Thank you, Mike, Brandon, and Dave - you are all my heroes!
Live in IN but decided to look for a good car deal in the Motor City. Looked at many different makes of cars but kept coming back to Serra Kia mainly because of the bubbly & personable, down-to-earth sales approach of Brandon. I felt comfortable from the moment I stepped into the dealership. Unlike a few other dealerships, Brandon let me test drive a car without his presence in the vehicle. That was a welcome change. The dealership was in the process of opening the new KIA building of the ... of the dealership while I was shopping during February. Even though I'm sure it was a hectic time for Brandon and Dave, I would never have realized it. I was in this dealership at least 5 separate times over a 1 month period before finally making a decision to buy. Never once did Brandon give the appearance that I was wasting his time. Once the new building for KIA opened, I got to enjoy the new surroundings. Dave Fischer helped with the sales process when Brandon wasn't available and chimed in now and then with the purchase process to see how things were going. Both men were friendly & easy-going. These qualities are "key" when deciding on returning for another purchase down the line. Anyone can be polite and courteous, but it's the personable folks like Brandon and Dave that make a normal sales experience--SPECIAL. I look forward to a new and lasting relationship with this dealership. I opted for a new OPTIMA EX Turbo and have been very happy with the purchase, the price I received, and all the compliments I get from total strangers on how awesomely cool my car is.
The dealership acknowledged us as we walked in the door. Immediately offered us coffee and donuts, keys to look in or test drive a vehicle and the pizza delivery man came in and they offered us lunch. Wow!!!! Brandon had a customer but put us at ease that he would take care of us soon. He was recommended by a friend; and I could certainly see why. He is soft spoken, not pushy and didn't even make suggestions. It was my son who finally told Brandon which car he was interested in and Brandon ... randon showed him what it would take to get it. Brandon used every possible avenue to get my son the car he wanted. He made several suggestions of how he could stay in his budget and and got several staff members involved in the closing of the sale. Brandon explained so much I forgot 50% of what he said, but assured me he would be available to explain anything that we didn't understand at any time. He said we are family now, gave me coupons for future services and my son is a proud owner of a KiA Soul, He loves it, I have one, my daughter has one and now my son has one. Hope there is enough colors to keep the whole family happy!!!!! I look forward to having all my Kia's serviced there. I am just sorry I didn't buy my Kia Soul from Brandon..But my next one will be.
Brandon was the most helpful salesperson. In just 2 days he found the car I was looking for, no other dealer was able to help me. Brandon went above and beyond as a salesman to find me the car that I wanted. I would recommend this salesman and dealership to all of my friends. This was a truly wonderful experience I will never forget. It was well worth the ride from my house to be completely satisfied. I highly recommend Serra Kia for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. The dealership itself is very nice. Very open and inviting. Everybody I came in contact with was nice and cery willing to help. There was very low pressure from the sales staff. Yes you heard that right. You can be low pressure snd still sell. I also love the fact that I was able to take a test drive alone. My salesman Brandon Foreman was phenomenal is every aspect of my car buying experience. He even helped my mom and dad with ... my mom and dad with questions they had about their vehicle from another dealer. He went over every detail of the vehicle before we pulled off the lot. The dealer even sent chocolate chip cookies to show their appreciation. It was so refreshing to have a great experience from start to finish. No surprises when we got to the signing. The price he told me was the price I paid. The car was fully detailed at delivery and I am 100% satisfied with my Kia Optima.
Brandon Foreman was the only reason I walked into Serra Kia to purchase a new vehicle. I dealt with Brandon years ago and unfortunately lost track of him until recently. Based on my prior experience with Brandon I knew he would give me an honest opinion. I explained my current hellish situation with a vehicle I purchased 2 years ago from Parkway Chrysler (that dealership is a TRAGEDY!) and asked Brandon if there was anything he could do for me to get me out of that car. He listened to exactly ... what I wanted from style to price and within a day had a solution that addressed all of my needs and was able to get me into a new 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid. I literally gave him "mission impossible" and he made the entire experience from start to finish a dream. I have over 15 years management experience in high-end luxury retail sales running a 15 million dollar business and can confidently say Brandon is by far the best sales professional I have ever experienced. In addition, the dealership is gorgeous and very welcoming. Brandon spoke very highly of upper management which solidified for me that I was purchasing a vehicle from a competent organization. Fernando allowed me to take a new Kia Optima Hybrid home, take my wife for a test drive and let her drive it. We had test driven the Chevrolet Volt and Ford Fusion before driving the Kia. Both the Volt and Fusion felt "stripped down"; no driver's power seat, no "bells and whistles", but both cost more than the Kia. We bought the Kia and are very happy. It has voice-activated phone and radio/MP3 controls, dual zone climate control, comfort with luxury touches, and cost less than either of the ... the competition. We are getting 37 mpg so far, very close to the published 38 mpg figure. Dave, the sales manager, figured a way to get us out of our current lease which had 9 months remaining for less than half of what either the Chevy or Ford dealer offered. Overall our experience with Serra Kia has been great.
Brandon gave my wife and I one of the best customer experiences we have ever received! He went above and beyond to listen to us and understand our needs and budget. He doesn't play any games (runaround, dishonesty, bait and switch, etc.) like most dealerships or leave any doubts about his prices. He explains everything very well and shows you as he is doing it. He considers every possible combination of options and incentives to give you the best price possible up front so you're not wasting ... time going back-and-forth. Brandon was not pushy and did not pressure us, but he did make himself extremely available and communicate promptly when we needed him to. Brandon's motto is "No stone left unturned" and he really does abide by it. Even when the sales person from the first dealership we met with had my wife going back and forth on her decision with better prices each time they called, Brandon was patient and professional about the situation. He didn't defame them, he explained to us how he thought they were coming up with a price that seemed too good to be true ($50 a month less than any other dealer). Brandon was 100% right on how the other dealer was giving us that price. He told us to trust him and we are very glad we did. He took over both of our leases, made the necessary calls so he could turn them in early and find out all the details so we wouldn't have any surprises. He gave us great prices on a Sorrento and Optima that were within the overall budget we gave him. Brandon is a superstar and we were happy to give him our trust and business that he very much earned. Brandon really cares about his customers and puts them first, he's not just looking to make a one time sale and forget about you afterwards. He and the rest of the Serra staff treated us like friends and family during our multiple visits there. They even gave our son goodies from their own break room because we were there for a little while and he was hungry. Brandon is the best in the business and we will definitely be visiting him and Serra for all of our needs.
This dealership should consider it self luck to have a person like Brandon working for them. He rates all fives He went far above what I have ever experienced in a car salesperson. With my last car I had a horrible experienced and lost any faith in dealerships but now I know I will never go to anyone else for my cars and I would recommend Brandon to everyone.
